Progress on Woodland Park Subdivision

As Phase I of the Woodland Park subdivision nears completion, we are thrilled to announce that site work for Phase II is well underway! Higgerson Contractors Inc. is currently installing utilities as we prepare the site for the arrival of Ryan Homes.

Upon the completion of Phase II, this vibrant townhome neighborhood will boast a total of 197 townhomes, along with the addition of three playgrounds and a dedicated dog park.
