About Lancaster County Backyard
Based in Pennsylvania, Lancaster County Backyard designs and builds outdoor structures that are meant to be used, not just admired. Their work spans residential, commercial, and community spaces, including sheds, garages, gazebos, pergolas, and pavilions. Each crafted with an emphasis on durability, function, and gathering.
Founded in 2016 as the retail division of Pequea (a company established in 1978 by master carpenter Abner King), Lancaster County Backyard brings decades of hands-on craftsmanship to every project. That legacy is especially evident in their timber frame structures, where traditional joinery, careful design, and modern installation techniques come together to create spaces built to last.
Two of their signature structures, the Boulder Timber Frame Pergola and the Kingston Pro Timber Frame Pavilion, were thoughtfully paired at New Realm Brewing. The Boulder Pergola offers bold beams and an open, architectural design that provides partial shade while maintaining an airy, natural feel. Complementing it, the Kingston Pro Pavilion delivers full coverage and a strong visual presence. Together, the structures create a flexible outdoor environment that can be enjoyed in a wide range of weather conditions.

About New Realm Brewing Co. | Suffolk
Located within our Blue Point at the Riverfront development in Suffolk’s vibrant Harbour View district, New Realm Brewing Co. spans two stories with 6,000 square feet of conditioned space and an additional 4,000 square feet of rooftop space. This location marks New Realm’s sixth overall and the second Virginia location developed by The Miller Group.
The facility brings together a state-of-the-art brewery, distillery, restaurant, music venue, and ABC store under one roof. Guests can enjoy craft beer and spirits, elevated cuisine, live music, outdoor seating, and a rooftop bar with sweeping views of the beer garden and concert stage, making it a standout destination in Hampton Roads.
