We are pleased to announce that The Miller Group has recently acquired a sprawling 52-acre property from Lotz Farm, Inc in northern Suffolk, Virginia. This represents our continued participation and our 3rd major land purchase in the Suffolk Market.  

Partnership:

The Miller Group is partnering with Civil Engineering firm Timmons Group on the Lotz Farm project. Timmons Group has a history of successful collaborations with The Miller Group, and we are thrilled to be working together again on this project.

Development Concepts in Progress:
Currently, our team is hard at work brainstorming concepts for this expansive property. We envision creating a space that will meet the needs of small/independently owned local businesses as well as contribute to the economic growth of the region.

Situated within two miles of the Northgate Commerce Park, which houses Amazon's impressive 4 million square foot Fulfillment Center, our newly acquired property boasts a highly desirable location. Additionally, it is conveniently located approximately 3.5 miles from I-664, providing easy access to I-64, I-264, US 58, and US 460. With its proximity to the Port of Virginia, Hampton Roads Executive Airport, and The Commonwealth Railroad, transportation and logistics become seamless.
