409 Missy Elliott Avenue, formerly McLean Street, Portsmouth, Virginia was purchased, rezoned, and developed by The Miller Group.  The 30 acres, near Bide-A-Wee Golf Course and Rivers Casino was developed for the residential community known as Woodland Park.  This Two Phased development will accommodate 192 townhomes within 14 acres, while leaving the remaining 16 acres in its original condition of forested land.
