In 1998, the USPS signed a build-to-suit lease agreement with Two M, an investment partnership.  Two M then hired The Miller Group to design, construct, and manage a 20,000 SF facility with a 20-year lease.  Recently, The Miller Group successfully negotiated a 10-year renewal.  This facility is an annex facility for mail distribution.
