This is the Miller Group’s third design build project with Tidewater Staffing over the last few years. Formed in 1992, Tidewater Staffing has four locations throughout Hampton Roads and one in Jacksonville, Florida.

A close working relationship with the owner helped bring this exceptional project to fruition–under budget.
