In 2013, Prufrex Innovative Power Products GmbH, a German based company, approached The Miller Group about a turn-key development to be completed in nine months. This 20,000 square foot facility contains 4,000 square feet of traditional office space and 12,000 square feet of production and 4,000 square feet of warehouse space. This is an electronic ignition manufacturing facility that serves Stihl as one it’s major customers.
