In 2006, The Miller Group acquired 25 acres at the corner of Dam Neck Road and Drakesmile Road. The first phase was a mini storage facility on land that was heavily restricted by the US Navy. This project was completed in two phases. Once complete, the project included 939 units. Total project was located on twelve acres of land and included 139,283 square feet of building with 2,800 square feet of office including specialized wine storage, document storage and a 24-hour Kiosk. This asset was sold in 2014 to Prime Storage.
