Epsilon was an existing tenant who had outgrown their space. In 2005, Epsilon engaged The Miller Group to design, build and lease them a 12,000 square foot office building which was occupied in 2006. As their needs grew, Epsilon re-engaged The Miller Group to add 16,200 square feet of office and warehouse space on an adjacent parcel which was completed in 2015. Epsilon Systems Solutions provides professional and technical services to defense and private contractors.
