In 2008, The Miller Group entered into an agreement to design, build, lease, and manage a facility for the Battelle Memorial Institute. This facility is located on 2.29 acres and consists of 16,000 square feet of office and manufacturing space. Battelle was the world’s largest research and development non-profit organization. The facility was designed for retro-fitting ATVs for the United States Military. The property is currently under lease to a new company, Rocket Media.
