In 2007, The Miller Group purchased a 65,000 SF office building located at 500 Crawford, in the heart of downtown Portsmouth.  Over the years it has housed a BB&T branch and loan offices as well as has been headquarters for several large companies, including Earl Energy, Moody Law Firm, and NSC, to name a few. From the time of acquisition, The Miller Group has been retained to manage the asset, negotiate numerous complex leases which involved renovations as well as manage major building improvements.
