Dave brings more than 25 years of experience in the commercial real estate and construction industry. He is a proven leader and effective communicator with clients, lenders, investors, design professionals, real estate professionals, and government personnel.  Dave is experienced in developing management strategies, minimizing risk, executing design visions, developing project budgets, creating efficient schedules/maintaining project timelines, communicating relevant project information, and negotiating in all aspects of the real estate development, construction, and asset management process.  As a quality conscientious problem solver, he develops sound solutions while meeting deadlines.  Dave is dedicated to emphasizing the “Team Approach” and striving for the maintenance of long-term relationships both during and after the project process.  Dave earned both a bachelor's and masters in architecture from Virginia Tech and MBA from Virginia Commonwealth University.
