Human Resources Manager

Becca joined The Miller Group team in 2014 as an Administrative Assistant and found interest in Human Resources. Through the years, she continued to grow within Human Resources, and in 2021 she was promoted to Human Resources Manager. She is responsible for managing the day-to-day hiring and employee resources and overseeing payroll. She plays a key role in attracting and retaining talent for The Miller Group’s team. She received her Bachelor’s in Business Administration, with a focus in Human Resources and Management from Old Dominion University.
