Development Manager – Fairwinds Landing

Kendall Dickenson serves as Development Manager for Fairwinds Landing at The Miller Group. In this role, she oversees all aspects of project management for the site, working closely with internal teams and key stakeholders to ensure successful execution and delivery. She reports directly to Dave Hackbirth and collaborates with Mike Hopkins on ongoing development initiatives.

Kendall brings 16 years of diverse experience in the real estate industry. Her career began in property management with CBRE, followed by a project management role at Colliers International. Most recently, she served in project management with the General Services Administration (GSA), further strengthening her background in both public and private sector real estate operations.

She holds a Virginia real estate license and several professional certifications, including RPA (Real Property Administrator), CPM (Certified Property Manager), and FAC-P/PM (Federal Acquisition Certification for Program and Project Managers). Kendall is a cum laude graduate of Washington & Lee University and a proud inductee of the school’s Athletic Hall of Fame.
